three disasterous cruises with Princess cruises. I was charged double for the cruise on my credit card; also charged double the exchange rate I was promised; ripped off for a $180. bogus tour in Beijing. They lost my credit card and luggage and stranded me with no hotel room in Bangkok - and I am a single woman travelling alone. gave away my room twice, forcing me to upgrade and pay more. Booked the wrong week for my cruise and I had to forfeit half of my payment.
