Priceline is tricking people into buying tickets when 'pick your price' option is selected. They first ask you your credit card information, and then when you think you're searching for a ticket, in reality you're buying it. Note that there is no chance given to refuse to buy it after the search is completed, so you're stuck with times and layovers that they offer you. It feels like a legally protected scam. There is really nobody to complain to about the issue. I wish government or some consumer protection organization would do something about it.
