I smoke Kool cigarettes, and recently they've been having this promotion 2 for 1 packs for sale. Well in these stores owned by non-Amercans, they like to get twice for the profit by spliting the packs, or selling the 2 for $2 or $3 more. Even as much as opening paks and selling singles. I got jelted at 'JK FOOD STORE' located at 1505 BAKER ST., Upland California.
