What kind of employer NEVER pays their staff on time ! How hard is it to pay your staff on time. Very disrespectful. Whenever you have a good month, you will get wacked , your comission will be cut because Mr Cardillo does not think his staff 'Needs' to make that much. There is no incentive to work hard. If you do well you get penalized. The only time I get paid correct is when I had a really bad month. If I do will they wont pay me. Never once do they tell you what you get paid on and what you dont. They pay what they feel paying you , when they feel like paying you. It is very discouraging, they dont know how to motivate their sales staff. If we got paid properly, there is inscentive to work hard. But when you feel you are getting screwed every day, it takes away the motivation.
