Pre Paid Vet Sucks!!

Consumers BEWARE!!! Do NOT let your vet office talk you into buying a prepaid vet care plan by Pre-Paid Vet based in Mansfield Texas. Their phone number is 1-877-PAID-VET. They are a HORRIBLE company! Once you pick your plan you are locked in for a year, they are overpriced and pay for services you really don't need. The worst part is at the end of the year I chose NOT to renew my plan. I gave the required 30 day notice and all was supposed to be fine. I decided not to continue because there were a few times I tried to reach the company with questions and only got voicemail and couln't never get a return call. Then my vet informed me they were no longer taking the service because they couldn't get prepaid vet to pay the bills they were supposed to be paying and my vet couldn't ever reach anyone at the company. Well after cancelling, they still continued to charge my card every month for the service! I would call for weeks and leave messages. By the time I would get one month credited back...they would charge me again and all over it would start! Well I cancelled back in January, it is now July and yep...I'm still being charged!! I have contacted my bank and am working with them now to stop the craziness. I have been calling the company for 3 weeks now with NO RETURN CALL and one of there numbers(the local # not the 877 #) has been disconnected! So now I am lodging a complaint with the BBB! I am sick of this company!! BEWARE!
