Powergen

I have dual fuel with powergen and by monthly direct debit. I now suddenly appear to be £760 in debit as they haven't bothered to read my meter and now that they finally have - and apparently it is all my fault. They have also calculated that instead of paying £60 per month we should be paying £120 - this isn't to pay off the arrears. I only live in a three bed house not a mansion.
