Pottery Barn Sucks

EVERY time I order something online from Pottery Barn, it gets damaged, lost, or they send me an incomplete order. I have ordered several things from them and I am not exaggerating - every time I get something through the mail they screw up my order! I finally had to sware off ordering from them, because I was going insane! Does any one else have a problem with them?
