potterton combi boiler

Have potterton performa 28i combi boiler only 2 years old, (second one in 5 years) first one had 3 major faults and under pressure to chairman and co very reluctantly replaced 1st boiler, 2nd boiler 2 major faults found and 2 major parts have to be replaced, potterton after sales service nothing short of a disgrace anyone else out there had the same experience? Will not take responsibility for the BAD inferior quality goods!
