This complaint concerns an internet courier company called POSTVAN.com aka Sameday Net. I paid this company £100 to send a parcel to the other side of the world, however they failed to pick it up. I complained to them about this poor service and they agreed that I should have my money back, however no money has ever been credited back into my bank account. I have emailed several times and phoned up many times. They have promised to give my money back now several times, however like their service, their word leaves a lot to be desired. Because my complaint has not been taken seriously by this company, I am now turning to you so I can at least warn people about this company's lack of customer care. I will not be using POSTVAN again to courier my parcels and will gladly give my business to bigger, more professional companies who are big enough to acknowledge their mistakes and give back money that does not belong to them. Technically this is theft. SHAME ON YOU POSTVAN. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!
