poor transportation

Recently went on a vacation cruise which left from Florida. I had arranged for transportation with a company by the name of Pay-Less Transportation. I prepaid $220 on the day that I arrived. When it was time for me and my group to return to the airport. The driver after we were on route informed me that since he had to wait for everyone to come off the ship that he was insturcted to cahre me an additional $50. I asked him when this become part of the terms. I had my copy of the confirmation and it did'nt state anything like this. As we got closer to the airport the price went up to $70 and we were told that if we didn't pay it that we were not to be let out of the car. I was furious. After a heated conversation with the dispatcher. I was threatended to either give the driver the extra money or the police would be called on my group. I feel that I was ripped off. And my total price paid for transportation for 5 people was $300. So -- be aware of this company
