
Poor Service/rude employee

Ordered auto part. Took my money, waited several days after charging my CC to tell me can't ship to my business address (I get UPS everyday). Spoke to company customer disservice on phone, VERY RUDE foreign employee, wouldn't let me speak to supervisor. Several more days go by. Get an email, can't supply part. Will refund money in 10 days. Over $500.00. They have now had for over a week and say it will be another 5-10 days. Customer service employee just keeps repeating same thing ovewr and over again. She is in India and will not let me speak to superiors.
