
Poor service

I received an appaalling service from a certain service provider. The customer service consultants failed to resolve my issue and kept on sending me back and forth until I gave up. Not only have I received bad service from this company but I have also spent more resources (time, money, etc) in trying to resolve this. What more do I do now?
