Poor Service

I ordered a flower arrangement which came with a vase. However, the vase leaks (slowly) and made a mess on my wooden dresser top. I called the flower and the person on the other end sounded very defensive right away and it came down to my words against theirs and she said the owner was not available and would get back to me later. I waited two days and still no reply. The matter is still not resolved. Stay away from Stanford Florists - 620 Emerson St. Palo Alto, CA.
