Poor Service

Ultimate Shopping Network takes your money and doesn't deliver the merchandise, they keep saying 4 to 6 weeks. After 4 months they keep saying items are on back order...After 4 months I told them to cancel the order after being told it will be another 4 or 5 weeks, they said my account would be credited in 10 days, that was three weeks ago, after calling today (10/2/06) they said it will be another week before my account is credited. I don't seem to be getting an honest answer from these people. I feel these people are dishonest and I am being ripped off.
