I have just spent a whole day waiting for an order from Great Universals,a catalogue company.They informed me by phone that they needed me to be in this morning.They didn't bother to inform me they weren't delivering so I attempted to cancel the order, but apparently everyone else was cancelling as well.I was left on hold for ten minutes so I was forced to send an email.God knows how many of them they have to wade through.Stuff it.I'm going to Ikea.Its a third of the price anyway and I can shove it (the mattress)in the back of the car.I'm going for a cup of tea.Bye.
