poor service

loch fyne oyster bar restaurant said we had to wait 30 minutes for a table at 15-20 hrs on thursday 17th august even though it was half empty. when i complained i was told the regulars like that system. so if you're a tourist you need to suit them even though you're starving!seems it's to let visitors look round their adjoining gift shop etc. no amount of pleading worked so we left a half empty restaurant hungry and disgusted.
