Poor Quality of Paint

DCH Honda located on Hwy 36 does not hold up to their cars. I bought a 2006 CRV Honda that is showing signs of rust and scratches. I took the car to the dealership and they are telling me that it is not a manufacturer's defect. Apparently the manufacturer is not doing a good job at painting. I intend to file a complaint with Consumer Affairs office in Freehold, NJ.
