poor quality

I have a Toro Yard Bllower/vacuum Ultra 225 and it is falling apart after 4 years of minimun use. The variable switch to turn it on and increase the air flow has been acting up and just quit. Also the impeller that moves the air has been making a terrible noise until the unit just quit on me.
