My complaint is against www.goldenelectonics.co.uk. There was an error on their payment gateway and we thought that our order was not being processed. Placed an order with another company but then we recieved confirmation that they were going to process the order. We send immediate e-mails and a recorded delivery letter. They never responded to any communication and even tried to deliver the computer. They were however very fast in taking £150 out of our bank account. The presence or response has been extremely poor. Our point is that they were informed very quickly that we wanted the order stoppped. The pride themselves on being customer focussed. I dont think so. They are money orientated only. I also believe that their customer feedback posted on the website is bogus.
