
Poor Customer Service

I am complainin about the local Taco Tico in Lexington, KY. The store managers name is Rick and he provides very poor customer service. I was in his location on Monday, November 6, 2006 and my order was wrong, I called him on tuesday, November 7, 2006 to explain what had happened and he told me to gather the wrong items out of trash and bring them to him and he would replace it. Now, I ask you what kind of Customer Service is that? I wager to say it is very poor and the sole reason he will go out of business. I have been in customer service myself for many years and I would never treat a client the way he treated me. I have mailed him a complaint letter which I'm sure he threw away, so I want millions of people to know the kind of service you will receive from Taco Tico 1483 Boardwalk Lexington, KY 40511, store manager: Rick. My letter goes on to offer him congrats on his next business venture because with the service level he currently operates on, he will fail. It is sad to know that there are still businessman that do not realize that the customers are the ones you need to keep the doors open. Rick is one the few who still value the $$ over the customer!!!
