
Poor customer service

I bought a hoover, Hoover the one touch, in March 2006. Since then I have returned it to Comet, where purchased no less than four times with different faults. Each time it is returned apparently repaired and within a few days a different fault develops. I have demanded, requested and practically begged to have the thing replaced or my money refunded but have each time been told they are not obliged to replace or refund only repair!!! Last time it was returned I was told I would have to purchase a new part as it was a cosumable item! I have now written direct to Comet head office. I await their reply with interest but little hope!
