
Poor Customer Service

JP Morgan Chase Home Finance, never correct, profile certain customers and then harass them, mailings and/or agreements coming from just plain customer service representatives, but make you think they came from their legal offices, mailings always late and completed in bulk mail with the lowest postage available, dishonest and passing the buck from one customer service rpesentative to another, and not speaking english, hard to understand, best of all, not replying to letters.
