Poor Communication

I was a patient of Debra McClain for 2 years. She would never call in a prescription for me. She always made me come in and then charged me. Her bedside manner was terrible and she was always requesting I come in every 3 months even though I'm in good health. She then decided to drop me as a patient and when I found another physician, she is making it impossible now for me to even find one. They are all turning me down. Plus she wrote me a letter of intent stating she would not resume treating me but never told me I had 30 days in which to get prescriptions needed or if I had an emergency. It is now past the 30 days, the other doctor, Dr. Cardenas, received my records and turned me down as a patient and my 1st doctor, Debra McClain will not call in a prescription for me. What do I do? I never got to state my opinion and I find it very unprofessional of Dr. McClain to turn other doctors against me. Please help!!!
