I recently ordered a pool liner from Poolstore.com and received it in a timely fashion. When I started to install the liner, I noticed it was the wrong type of liner(overlap instead of beaded). I immediately called Poolstore.com to rectify the situation. They immediately blamed the manufacturer for sending the wrong liner out. After about 8hrs of phone calls back and forth to Poolstore.com they finally agreed to send the right liner out by Friday.....This was on Monday July 17th. Well, by Tuesday the next week with no liner yet I started my phone tag calls again. By Wednesday July 26th in the afternoon they informed be that the liner had not been shipped and they would 'try' and get it out by thurs. or Fri.. I informed them that this was unexceptable and asked if they could next day it to me. They told me they couldn't??? I then asked for my Money back and Jenny from Poolstore.com told me I was using an inappropriate tone and that if my tone didn't change I wouldn't get my money back????? I never got excited or used inappropriate words, I was trying to get either my liner or my money back and was being very to the point about it...I would encourage everyone that reads this to pursue other angles to get their pool supplies. Poolstore.com does not get my recommendation for customer satisfaction at all, and Jenny is about the worst management/customer service rep. I've ever dealt with...Congratulations on getting a bad name for your company!!!
