about 3 years ago we had a pool built by Pool Builders Inc. Within 3 months our deck was cracking in every place imaginable. It took almost 8 months of calling the company for them to finally come out and see the shotty job. They 'repair the cracks' which was ok for about 3 months before they started opening up again. So needless to say we are stuck with a deck that we PAID FOR when we purchased our pool and now is of no use to us....we have to get a new deck.We feel COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF...we did not get what we paid for. They did not use proper material when building the deck and now we are stuck with it.This company is a RIP-OFF and is lousy at returning phone calls.Stay away form them
