Toys R Us changed their exchange policy Monday 10-16-06. I had a baby shower a few weeks ago and needed to exchange an item. I did not have a receipt, because it was a GIFT. Toys R Us will not exchange this item, so I am stuck with an item I can not use. I called the customer service number, and they informed me 'I was out of luck. Nothing they could do for me.' Well, they just lost a customer. Hope their business goes DOWN.
