Police Complaint

Detective on York Regional Police vervbally abused me on the phone and over the past years. I asked for the complaint dept. to have him never have any contact with me while I reside in Sutton, On. I am very angry but when I wrote to them , they sent a email address that the email on it for my return thoughts the email didnt work at all.Email address was not submitable. It was fake. Thats york regioal police and occps.
