So is there something that can be done if you had been denied access to your court records nearly 20 years now to find out just this year after officers show up at my door and enter without my consent and no search warrant and start searching my house, well numerous other officers were outside of my home shining red lights on the house as well as the officers inside my home,the officer in charge verbally assaulted me told me I was nothing but a fucking liar,tried to coerce me into implicating a person who had nothing to do with the matter, I was threatned by the choice words that he said (I have the powe and Authority to take away your freedom as well as your time just because I can)He also lied to the prosecutor stating things that I never said just to get me convicted I was interrogated by him as he demanded that all the officers leave cause he has it under control, only 1 officer stayed that the officer in charge didn't no at the time, when he found out he told the last officer to leave who said he was not leaving, so when I tried to speak up so the other officer that stayed could hear me the officer who had me handcuffed in his car would turn his radio up full blast so I couldn't be heard.Lot more to this incident but anyway just this year last month I finally obtained some of my records to find out of charges and convictions that I honestly never committed, my so called public defenders never once even told me of any of these charges, there not true I had lost all my civil rights nearly 20 years now and still have not got them back, even though I had completed everything I was to do. Finally I got a private attorney who told me to plea guilty and did not say one thing on my behalf he ended up going along with the prosecutor after he told me the case against me was weak, not once through all the years have any attorney or defender want to pursue my case and I believe it is due to a big cover up because I was arrested and put in custody on civil matters and on my records they have those down as criminal matters. I also found out that the officer in charge is a movie producer and has alot of relatives in law enforcement. etc!!! story goes on
