Polaroid lcd tv

I bought a 32 lcd tv from Polaroid with two tuners,so I could watch two pograms at once.When I got it home,the manuel they give you is junk.You cannot understand half of what is in it.I went to their website and it clearly said that you could watch two tv programs.I called customer service about this five times and was given five different.I finally e-mailed Polaroid and they said I would need another tuner,but never explained why my tv has two tuners,if i cannot watch two shows.Something about one for hdtv and other for analog tv.I would have never bought this tv if i had know this.Could have gotten one cheaper and better somewhere else.The store I bought it from was circuit city.Called them,they were no help at all.Cut up circuit city credit card.Never do business there again.
