Don't be mad at the animals. The owners are probably abusive, therefore engineering their pets to mirror their aggressive behavior. Blame the existence of mankind. We've successfully destroyed our planet, endangered countless numbers of species, slaughter almost four billion farm animals a day, and 2 million domestic animals every day. thank you so much LInda for your kind words and support I really appreciate it It's only been 2 days since my baby was taken from me and I have cried alot but today I woke up feeling a little bit better not 100% but I'm trying I will have you know that I have seeked legal advice and I decided to press charges some people might say that I am making a big deal out of nothing but I don't care to me he wasn't 'just a dog' he was my baby and he gave me nothing but unconditional love and compassion for 10 years and he sure as hell didn't deserve to die the way that he did my baby has rights just as us humans do and I am going to make shure justice is served the way it should be.

I wonder how the pitts owners would have felt if their dogs had been killed. My advice would be to find the meanest lawyer you can afford. Ask a couple of animal control officers if they know any attourneys who have won large money settlements in situations similar to yours. You can ask your homeowners insurance agent, too. Don't forget to have the bad pups declared vicious by the local authorities. You might have to do some research on this part because every jurisdiction handles problem dogs differently. Again, ask animal control what statutes and ordinances cover control of bad dogs. My sincerest condolenes on the loss of your dear friend. Best wishes and good luck.

not to sound like a lawyer or cop but i take it you do have your baby's body or the death certificate as evidence to taje those 2 pitbull owners to small claims court and press charges i think? find a free lawyer at a court municipal building. ask questions up the wazoo honey. i hope it works out for you i really do. its me linda again.
