poet's workshop

I am a national poet laureate and a national poet advocate. I belong to the workshop. they have over 300 of my poems and won't give them to me. I have asked for my medals and pins and misc. never received them as of yet, it has been a year. When i complain, they tell me I am harassing other poets and will kick me off. They have changed my bio page and my credit card number. they have put poets on my ignore list who I don't even know. They take control of my computer and lock it up. I am a 59 year old woman with myasthenia gravis and cancer, I am in bed most of the time. today, they tell me they are kicking me off. I haven't even been on that much lately as I have been in the hospital. They have busboys@poets workshop.com running for the government talking about our country. they are taking over everything. if you don't do what they say, they ruin you. I am a publish author and they are trying to destroy me for complaining about my page and my medals. what should I do?
