i ordered the internet through plus net, over the internet, initially it took nearly 2 weeks to get it to work, then it went off 20th May until finally fixed 15th July nearly 8 weeks! so i stopped my direct debit and decided to change internet provider They sent threatening letters and sent my details to a debt collection agency to blacklist me. i wrote to the managing director i have nearly 30 pages of e mails i've sent them while the service was not working and they do this to me! All i wanted was the service they promised me, to work, and an apology for any inconvenience caused - anyone reading this do not use PLUS NET!
