plough (magic) roundabout

The magic roundabout in hemel hempstead has become more difficult to negotiate since the road markings have been done, i think this is because whoever drew the plans is unaware of how the roundaout works themselves. There are arrows pointing straight ahead, when they should be either left or right as going straight would mean going over the main roundabout and through the river gade which runs through the middle.
