I'm sick of being fat :( its annoying its not like I eat 24/7 like I don't even eat dinner or past 6 I drink only water eat veggie I hate fried foods a work out BT I'm fat so some stuff is hard for me ugh I just a real deal type shit to how to be healthy and lose weight I'm sick of people saying every fat person have health problem's like not true like I been doing good drinking water for 4weeks now BT kinda fuck up drinking one soda I felt bad BT I kept drinking water after I just wanna lose weight pls help me and I'm trying to go for 1hour walks everyday but my fucking mom don't want me walking alone. anyways pls no mean comments ik I'm fat and ik my grammer is fucked I just somebody to help me like what to eat what not to eat stuff like that thanks: (

It is not the reality that the most of the fat person have some health issue. They can also be fit & fine.

Your fat just get over it. You need to understand that some people cant help how they look. Some people are meant to be fat. Some people are meant to be skinny. That's just how things are, I'm skinny and I can eat so much food and not gain any weight. I've tried to get buff but it doesn't work because I never gain weight to turn to muscle. Your body's meant to be bigger. That's why no matter how hard you work to lose weight you just stay the same. Just be glad your healthy and beautiful.

I was in your boat brother, I lost 70lbs and I have a diet plan I used but it is quite difficult. I've done this 2 times in my life (lost 60+lbs) and I will tell you the ONLY real and lasting way to lose weight. You must BURN more calories in day than you CONSUME. That is it. It is the only way that works and lasts as lobg as you apply it. What does that mean? Write down every and I do mean EVERY thing you eat or drink EVERYDAY day by day with their calories. Then at the same time write down all the exercise you do a day every day and how many calories you burn doing said exercise (a tip: walking is not exercise! It is but it isn't. If your not sweating and in pain you probably wasted your time) Go online and find our how many calories your body type burns a day then add how many you burned exercising then subtract that total from how many calories you consumed that day, each day, everyday. When you consistantly burn more than you eat and are REALLY exercising you will lose weight. You sound like your off to a great start, just don't stop! Bry
