Pitney Bowes invoices for petty services that were not authorized in hopes that the small bills go unchallenged and just paid. How much money do they make on these un-ethical and,not legal bills? Pitney Bowes has had a monopoly on mailing systems for small and big businesses for years. Now that they are threatened by on line systems etc. they are trying billing tactics for petty and even un-ordered 'special services' such as 'priority bill paying' etc. I was just billed 39.99 for the privilege of having priority handling of my calls and giving me 'extra time' (have no idea what it is) to pay bills; that I pay within due date anyway. I have to spend my time arguing them and they remove the charges. This is one of many I get billed every year and have to call to have them removed. At an average of 5-10 minutes per call after navigating their automated site..maybe we should all start billing them for our time. OR just go on line,
