In this great country of ours everyone is supposed to be treated as equals and not discriminated against... We have enough problems in this country Without having outsiders come to the United States and discriminate against us. Speaking for myself I know I have been discriminated against by Pinnacle Hotels USA Pinnacle hotel allow their General Managers To pull their power trips and walk all over you and twist the rules to Benefit them. We need to put a stop to abuse of power in this Country. It is up to you if you want us to stop the abuse of Power in the work place. I was denied at three different occasions, a paid vacation. While everyone else got theirs. When the General Manager was on one of her Power Trips She had me sign a list of rules as to the do's and don'ts of my position. One rule in Particular was My position required for me to do light lifting up to 10 pounds and I signed the rules and a couple days later I told her some of the boxes weighed over 50 pounds and I was only required to lift 10 pounds she then changed a few of the rules and changed it to 50 pounds I was required to lift and then threatened my job if I did not sign the new set of rules. Power trip, Abuse of Power what would you call it. Take a stand against abuse of power in the work place and against racism in our Great Country. United We Stand Divided We Fall. Lets all stand Together. I am calling for a boycott of Pinnacle Hotels USA Fact--- Black man who worked for Howard Johnson longer than a white man was overlooked for a promotion. Fact--- Black man who was the Night Auditor and went way beyond the call of duty for the hotel many, many times. Even cleaned rooms on a sold out nights after guest checked out and rented them. Black man overlooked, white man who did very little work was rewarded black man received nothing. Fact--- When asked Jay Ridenour, Pinnacle's Human Resources Director of all the hotels Pinnacle owns, how many black General Managers does Pinnacle Have, Jay's exact words were: 'We Had One.'
