Pinnacle Choice Health Insurance

I have been a member and been billed and paid for insurance for a year. Now that I need it, they say I have been canceled even though they just billed my credit card and were paid! When I try to call 'Customer Service' I get an answering machine saying someone will call you..but a week or more later ..still no call back! Pinnacle Choice/ Starbridge select are rip offs with no customer service to fix any problems.
