Pills

I think I am getting addicted to Ambien (prescription sleep medication). It makes me high if I take it and don't go to sleep right away. It's not like I HAVE to have it, but I want it. I am told that it is narcotic, but I am not sure. My doctor says to take it 3 days on and 4 days off. That is what I do, but I can't sleep without it, like tonight. I don't really want to be a pill head.
