I purchased a Grasshopper brand ztr lawnmower. It is a total piece of garbage . It has been in the shop for over a month. The dealer cant get it fixed right and Grasshopper will do nothing for me. I picked up the mower today. The dealer said it was fixed. I started mowing and the hydro pump went completly out. I took it back to the dealer. I was upset. I told the dealer i wanted an upgrade or a refund. The man told me 'don't get shitty with me' I just turn wrenches. Wow what customer service. I AM SO HAPPY!!
