Bought a mobile phone and connection to O2 from Phones2UDirect with a 100% cashback offer, payable in installments after 6,9 and 12 months. They refund the £30 per month I pay O2. Not only has the first cashback NOT been paid, but they have also debited £200+ from by credit card - allegedly because I terminated my contract with O2. This I did not do - their records of mobile number ==> person are wrong. their phonelines are usually dead as well. STAY AWAY from Phones2UDirect.
