i was misold a phone at phones 4 u stretford arndale manchester uk.i was told that i could claim the cash back offer on the contract any time after 6 months of the contract. this was untrue in reality i had only 30 days to claim it. it was in the contract smll print but foolishly i took the salesmans word for it. i now have a very expensive contract that i cant get out of
