Phone Systems

It is getting harder to keep the cost of utilities in my home reasonable! And then when I have a guestion or need help with a problem on the bill...all I get is a machine that asks me why I have a problem. Businesses don't answer their phone anymore! You have to fight your way through a series of questions and hope that by the end you get someone to help you. Better yet, hope the person that answers is not in India (or worse) and can speak English without such an accent you cannot understand them. Please, answer your phones!!
