Please can you point me in the right direction to contact someone at Samsung who deals with independent retailers and the service they are expected to provide in respect to Samsung phones. I purchased a Samsung Ultra Edition 6.9 and was quite surprised that the screen started to malfunction after only 3 weeks of use, this was very disappointing considering it is a £330 phone. I handed the phone back to the retailers NSEW, Southside, Guernsey {Tel 01481 247500} on 8th September as the phone is under guarantee. Since that date I have had no contact iniated by NSEW and have had to chase them on a weekly basis to find out the state of repair. They keep on telling me that Samsung are having problems delivering new screens for these phones and that is why it has taken over 5 weeks to repair. Can you clarify that this particular phone has had screen problems and that there is a short supply of them available to repairers. Please can you tell me of the policy for repairs regarding brand new phones that have a manufacturers fault in them from the onset as NSEW are in no great rush to assist in the return of this phone and do not represent Samsung in a very good light. I would have at least expected a replacement phone for the duration of my phone repair and in some ligt I do believe that I should have received a brand new phone as soon as the manufacturing problem was discovered. I appreciate your time and hope to hear from you soon Paul
