supratelecom it was supposed to install my telephone in march,2006. since 2 weeks later I hasd no service I called them. they make me walk all over the house to check my phone jacks, everything seems to be order but no telephone service still. a tech from bell south it was supposed to come to see what caused the service not to work. they did not come, so I was mad, more than 2 weeks now and still no phone. I call the company to cancel the service and they suppossly did. on july i received a bill from a bill collection agency. I called them they said that I had to to call supratelecom. ok ,i said I called supra, they have the nerve to tell me that I have to pay that bill,just because they credit department said that they did install the phone services and that it was not they fall that the tel. didi not work. you can imagen how mad I was. I told them that in the firrt place they did not notified me and that I was not going to pay a dime because they never sent me any notification of this decition that they took in they own.
