PetCareRx doesn't Care

I am extremely unhappy with PetCareRX and will NEVER order from your company again! Please REMOVE my name and information from ALL your data base!!! Since 9/5/06 I have left the email message below and two phone messages. TODAY I received a message that you were going to cancel my order because my vet cannot confirm Rusty has had his heartworm test. I called to explain and spoke with DANIEL in your 'customer service' department. He was RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL to me! My Vet confirms that the test was negative and says they have NO record of anyone calling since 9/5!!! The paragraph above is my response to PetCareRx. This company has been a pain to deal with and impossible to contact.
