I recently used a treatment for scabies called 'Lyclear' which contains 'Permethrin'.A few minuets after spreading the cream on myself one evening my very friendly cat came to me and I stroked him,2 days later he was dead,we have another cat who was very friendly which also died a few days later,the vet said it was poisoning so I racked my brain to find the answer to what could have poisoned them,then I read an article on how the substance permethrin was lethal to cats, so my complaint is why on leaflet that came with medication did it not say it could harm my pets,if so this tragedy would not have happened.
