Peoplepc is a ripoff!!!! I was told that I could try the online service for free for 30 days. After three days I decided not to load or use the service. Each time I called within the 30 days, I was told that I was not able to cancel the service due to computer problems or that that department was closed. The next thing I know I get a bill that they turned over to collections when I refused to pay.
