People that don't know how to walk

I absolutely can't stand walking through the mall or a supermarket, when all of a sudden someone steps out in front of you and then stops ... blocking your path. If they were just going to stop, why stop in front of someone who's rushing to get somewhere. I also can't stand people who stand so close to you in lineups that they're practically on top of you.
