Penn Warranty

Penn Warranty just denied my claim for repairs on my vehicle. It spun a bearing and after making my mechanic tear it down and then sending an inspector out to see it, they decided to deny the claim for 'Lack of Lube'. Anyone who knows anything about engines knows that if it didn't have oil in it, it would have seized. It did have oil in it and I have witnesses. I am looking for people who have had similar problems with them.
