You had hard limits over certain sexual activity your ex liked and ended the relationship. WHY do you fantasize about HURTING him and his new significant other? I can only assume that you still fell rejected somehow, even though it seems like you were the one to end that relationship. Do you think he wasn't embarrassed and humiliated by sharing a private part of his sexuality with you only to be rejected? You might be happier if you put your energy into saving the past behind and finding someone more sexually compatible.
